New employee orientation
All new Securian Financial employees start on one of 20 common start dates with cohorts of about 15 other new employees. Together, you’ll go through our enterprise onboarding program.
This comprehensive journey connects new employees with each other, the core of who we are, who our customers are and how we help them secure their futures. You’ll receive foundational information and learn how your role connects to the big picture at Securian Financial.
The program has five guiding principles:

You’ll continue your onboarding journey through a variety of experiences with your cohort during your first 90 days at Securian Financial.
