Comprehensive learning opportunities and financial support

Our Learning and Development team offers robust courses, group program, and one-on-one development sessions to help employees grow in their careers and unlock their potential. Employees can choose from more than 100 in-house courses on topics like decision-making, diversity, effective communication, leadership, personal development, project management and technology.

We also offer financial assistance to help employees grow professionally and earn designations through more than 40 industry-specific education programs, such as Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Financial Planner, Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and more.
