Kristi Fox is executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Securian Financial. She leads the enterprise functions that support the company’s people, technology, operations, brand and transformation priorities, including Human Resources, Securian Business Services, Enterprise Consulting and Program Management, Enterprise Technology and Enterprise Marketing.
Kristi also partners with Securian’s board of directors, serving as management liaison to the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and supporting governance for several subsidiaries.
Experience
Kristi joined Securian in 1995. Her career has spanned customer operations, group insurance, client relationship management, talent strategy, human resources and enterprise leadership.
In 2017, Kristi joined Human Resources as vice president, Talent Solutions, and was named the company’s first chief diversity officer. She became chief human resources officer in 2018, promoted to senior vice president in 2020 and appointed to her current role in 2022.
