Senior Vice President, Operations

Frici leads Securian Business Services (SBS), the area of our company responsible for most of our customer touchpoints. This involves our end-to-end customer experience, including service and operations within our Enterprise Contact Center and our Document Services, New Business, Underwriting, Benefits Distribution Center, Inforce Administration, and Enterprise Compensation and Licensing areas. He also leads our Enterprise Process Improvement and Enterprise Consulting and Project Management functions.

Frici has a proven track record of converting strategy into action, simplifying complex issues, and driving operational efficiency through a high performing, collaborative culture. Frici joined Securian Financial as vice president, Operations in 2022 with over 20 years of insurance experience in operations, technology, finance and portfolio management.
