The Council plays a vital role in advancing our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the enterprise by:

• Advising on overall program strategy and providing timely input on key initiatives and priorities
• Promoting objectives, sharing successes and serving as visible champions and role models throughout the organization
• Ensuring that our work aligns with business priorities and serve as a conduit for understanding and addressing client needs
• Exchanging insights, lessons learned and effective approaches from across business areas
• Committing to continuous personal growth, cultural awareness and participating in training to strengthen the Council’s impact
