Usage Rights

Account holder (“Poster”) grants Securian Financial Group Inc. (“Securian”) and its partners permission to post Poster's Content on social media site(s) such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The use of the word "partners" in this context is for the technology tools vs the business (subsidiaries). Securian may contact the Poster to request additional usage rights via comment, direct message, or other means. Once the Poster accepts this request using #YesSecurianFinancial on the comments below the Content subject to this agreement, the Poster thereby grants Securian and its partners a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, reproduce and translate all photography and written assets set forth in the subject post (“Content”), including but not limited to use on websites, emails, social media outlets, print publications and promotional materials. Securian reserves the right to edit the Content to fit size, space and other requirements of different mediums, as determined by Securian. Poster shall retain copyright and self-promotional rights. Poster retains the right to reproduce, in whole or in part, in every manner or form, and circulate, publish, distribute, show, play or otherwise display the Content provided. Securian may use Poster’s name and likeness in any of the above mediums in connection with said Content.

Warranties and Indemnification

Poster represents and warrants that Poster owns all Content subject to the license herein or otherwise has the right to grant the license and that Poster warrants that Poster is the sole creator of the Content, and that the Content does not violate any rules, laws or regulations and is not libelous, unlawful or injurious.

Image Guidelines

Poster has secured the consent from all people who are identifiable in the Content to use their image or likeness in all manners contemplated herein. For any subjects under 18 years of age, permission from a legal guardian is required and has been secured.  Upon request, Poster will provide written evidence of all required consent.
