Digital portals for you and your customers

The My Coverage claims and servicing portal makes filing a credit insurance or debt protection claim fast, easy and transparent. It’s intuitive and secure, allowing your customers or members to log in, file claims online, check claim status and receive real-time updates. It is in addition to our client portal, SecurianConnect, to create a cohesive digital claims experience for you and your customers.

Data Direct Claims

With Data Direct Claims, we work with you to set up a data exchange of loan coverage details. By doing so, it reduces administrative requirements and shortens turnaround time on claims. Borrowers simply file a claim on the My Coverage portal, and we can verify loan coverage information because we have access to this data at the start of the claim.

Simplified medical documentation

We have simplified the way we accept medical documentation to evaluate, process and resolve disability claims. Our customer-first processes help reduce out-of-pocket costs, improve turnaround time and enhance customer satisfaction by removing traditional barriers that cause friction in submitting disability claims. Customers or members no longer need costly and time-consuming attending physician statements. Instead, they simply upload existing medical records, such as doctor visit notes or discharge summaries of their current onset from MyChart or patient portals.
