Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
We set clear expectations for all employees, officers and directors through our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Based on our values, the Code is designed to help us in our work with clients, suppliers and each other. The Code references a variety of company policies and relevant laws and regulations. Employees are responsible for knowing and complying with the specific policies and procedures that apply to their work. We review and update our Code each year, and all employees must complete annual training and certification.
Ethics helpline
We have a confidential ethics helpline where employees and suppliers can anonymously report concerns, submit complaints and ask questions. Helpline users can get direct access to a compliance team member for prompt attention to their concern.
Supporting ethical leadership
We expect a lot from our leaders, and we support them in their responsibilities. Our ethics toolkit for leaders helps them promote ethics in their day-to-day interactions with direct reports and feel empowered to appropriately handle concerns. It contains reminders and advice on our ethics and values, an explanation of their role as ethical leaders, and examples and tips for strengthening ethical leadership.
