Advantus Capital Management promotes Steve Moen to senior vice president
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advantus Capital Management has promoted Steve Moen to senior vice president of business development and investment solutions.
Moen joined Advantus in 2013, responsible for building and servicing new and existing institutional and insurance relationships. In his expanded role, Moen is now responsible for all business and product development in Advantus’ retail, institutional and insurance channels.

Active in the investment industry for more than 25 years, Moen has provided a wide variety of investment solutions to a broad range of institutional investors, working closely with the institutional investment consultant community. Prior to joining Advantus, Moen played a key role in building the American Express/Ameriprise defined contribution business.
Moen is a FINRA Registered Principal holding his Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. He has been active in a number of leading pension and investment trade organizations and industry groups. Moen has Bachelor of Science in Business and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Minnesota.
