Top sirloin steak (gluten free):  10-ounce choice sirloin steak with mushroom jus lie, served with rosemary roasted baby red potatoes and fresh vegetable medley.

Champagne chicken (gluten free): Breast of chicken garnished with grapes and topped with a light champagne sauce, served with rosemary roasted baby red potatoes and fresh vegetable medley.

Lobster ravioli: Striped lobster ravioli and lobster tail with a roasted red pepper cream sauce and parmesan-reggiano, served with Minnesota wild rice and fresh vegetable medley.

Portabella mushroom wellington: Tender puff pastry wrap in a portabella with spinach, asparagus, red pepper and a garlic herbed cheese, served with Minnesota wild rice and fresh vegetable medley.
