I’m 50 with high cholesterol and I’m applying for a $2,000,000 permanent policy
I’m 5’0” 190lbs., and have only seen my doctors for regular checkups and to manage my cholesterol, which runs in the 280s on medication. I don’t take any other medications and haven’t changed my cholesterol medication or dose in several years. My doctor tells me my “good” cholesterol is very good. 1. Our WriteFit Underwriting program includes WriteFit and WriteFit Express.
2. Upon completion of tele interview for eligible clients.
3. If declined, a 90-day waiting period will be enforced before a new application can be submitted.
4. Appropriate consent is obtained prior to data collection and usage.
5. For ages 55-60 Preferred and Preferred Select classes are available.

Life insurance products contain fees, such as mortality and expense charges (which may increase over time), and may contain restrictions, such as surrender periods.
Policy loans and withdrawals may create an adverse tax result in the event of lapse or policy surrender, and will reduce both the surrender value and death benefit.
