STC is not a depository institution, and investments included in its fiduciary accounts are not insured by the FDIC or any other federal government agency, are not deposits of or guaranteed by STC, and may lose value. STC obtains investment recommendations and other services from its affiliate, Securian Financial Services, Inc., a federally registered investment advisor. STC may utilize affiliated and/or non-affiliated firms to provide products and services, and may choose to pay fees, including referral fees, to those firms which provide services to it or its accounts.
