Administrative/Customer Service

As primary contacts for our clients, administrative and customer service associates are critical to Securian's success. Associates gain an understanding of Securian's various products, plans, administrative procedures and government regulations to provide superior service.

Entry level

Associates in entry-level positions provide general clerical support – filing, sorting mail, faxing and operating imaging software. Their roles are essential to getting work done on a daily basis and are a great place to start to learn our business.
