Online access is available for your CRI accounts. To access your account online, or to register for access, please select the link below. For assistance, please contact the CRI Securities Service Center at 1-800-820-4205, option 2.
NetExchange Client is an online solution for obtaining Pershing account information, account documents and investment research.
PLEASE NOTE: To access your account, you must use financial organization number 4RT.
The primary account owner must register for account access and successfully complete the identity verification process. For access to entity accounts, such as trust accounts, or to register additional accounts to an existing user ID, please contact the CRI Securities Service Center at 1-800-820-4205, option 2.
Our privacy and security measures
To ensure that only authorized users have access to our services, we have taken the appropriate measures to guarantee safe transport of your information over the Internet. In order to protect your confidential financial data, NetExchange Client automatically logs off after 30 minutes of inactivity. If your session logs off due to inactivity, you will simply need to log back onto the system.

To further protect your security while using the NetExchange Client service, there are important measures you can take:
Protect Your Password
Please do not share your password with anyone. If at any time the security of your password is in question, call Securian Technology immediately at 1-800-820-4205, option 5, to have it changed. If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can call the 800 number to have it reset.
Protect Your Trail of Inquiries
If you are accessing this service at a location where others may be using the site after you, please be aware that your trail of "screen trail" inquiries will appear through your "caching" function. You can eliminate this potential problem by turning off the caching on your browser. Consult your browser vendor for specific instructions.
Logoff NetExchange Client
The safest way to end a session is to logoff once you have finished on our site. This terminates the connection with our site.
Browser Requirements
This site is designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 7.0 or higher). Visit their sites for more information. Other browsers may work, but must support 128 bit data encryption.
