Tuition Reimbursement Program
Securian's Tuition Reimbursement Program supports the Company's commitment
to excellence by providing another channel for associate education and
development.
Securian's Tuition Reimbursement Program is comprised of the following:
General single course reimbursement
Associates can be reimbursed for attending a business or job-related course
or program, pre-approved by the Company, at a college, university, vocational
college or other adult education program, based on a predetermined amount.
These courses are not associated with any degree program.
Schools approved by Securian include all accredited colleges, universities,
vocational-technical colleges and other formal adult education programs.
Securian Approved Degree Program
Full-time associates who have been with the Company for three years
can be reimbursed for courses required for a degree. Securian will reimburse
an associate accepted to a degree program, pre-approved by the Company,
up to a predetermined amount for any course, including nonbusiness related
courses, required to earn that degree. This degree must be related to
the associate's job or help an associate attain the next logical career
move at Securian.
