Jennifer joined Securian in 2002 as a participant of our Management Development Program, a customized career track for emerging leaders. As an assistant analyst she had the chance to build her marketing skills during rotations with our Securian Retirement Savings and Securian Advisor Services divisions. Currently with Minnesota Life Distributors, the Company’s annuity sales divisions, Jennifer helps develop and implement marketing campaigns for the sales team to increase productivity and achieve sales goals. She also supports the sales teams' communication needs through development of collateral material and presentations. “Participating in Securian’s Management Development Program has been instrumental in my career. The program focuses on career development and supports associates by helping you to get to know who you are, where your strengths lie and then giving you the tools you need to excel.”
