Initial communications
We educate employees on the need to save, help them determine how much to save, explain investment options and plan provisions, address investment needs of employees and encourage them to enroll using multi-media communications tools that include:

• Spanish enrollment materials, if needed
• Online enrollment capabilities via the Securian Retirement Center

Ongoing communications
To enhance your employee's knowledge and appreciation of their plan and the importance of continuing to save for retirement we provide:

• Abbreviated online enrollment kits and meetings to educate new employees and those that haven't yet decided to participate
• Print and online versions of an employee newsletter

• Customer service representatives, with multilingual translation services

Preserving retirement assets
To help retiring or terminating employees with upcoming decisions about preserving and maximizing retirement dollars we provide:

• A Guide to Preserving Retirement Savings, a helpful booklet that offers valuable information for those who are about to terminate their employment or retire.
• Online information and education for those who may be nearing retirement or considering a job change with alternatives on how they can keep their retirement savings working for them.
